The Public Health Preparedness (PHP) Program was created as a result of the recently increased awareness of the country's need to prepare for natural and man-made disasters.  I norder to protect the citizens of Caswell County, the PHP Program works to respond to public health threats and emergencies

The program also provides appropriate training and education to key public health professionals as well as other healthcare providers in preparation for and response to bioterrorism, infectious disease outbreaks, and other Public Health emergencies that may arise.
